Cherry Poppers? s.Losers? Where to go?

I'd like to give away something to the people who did not win anything yet but neither s.losers or cherry poppers seem to be very active or am I not finding the right groups? Which one to select?

Ask the support to allow you to make a private giveaway for people who never won anything and post the link in the forum (if you only want to make one giveaway).

My problem is, that I apparently always find the wrong one and I don't want my giveaway to be lost to scammers.
