Incredible opportunity in the game development industry

As of similar offers.
Just after graduating I got an offer of unpaid few months long(~half a year) internship. Upon successful completion I was supposed to be added to their HR database for "future recruitment processes".
To be honest that made me wonder if the company had any permanent employees other than supervisors of such "low cost" work force

In the offer posted by OP they at least understand that there's something called bills to pay in the meantime ;)

A buddy of mine had an offer to work in a café for a one-time 8 hour shift for a "hot meal". The manager was a guy, so I doubt there's an innuendo behind that. Though who knows.

indiedb was and still is full of posts like this, "commit 10 hrs per week and we'll give you a share of the game that's never going to be released"
The most embarrassing one I've received was a 30 hr internship for six months basically with the requirements of a senior position (in terms of software knowledge). I feel like sometimes the people who post these job posts know nothing about the job itself.
