I'm missing exactly 10 games:

The Witness

Thirty Flights of Loving
Mini Metro
Song of the Deep
Sproggiwood
Ellipsis
Ninja Pizza Girl

Need to decide if it's worth it.

I set the slider to 100% for the ACLU (I'm in the United States, so yeah) and bought it.

10 games and some books for me, and I'll do giveaways or split the rest.

I'm OK with this since it's charity, and very necessary charity at this moment.

I was hoping that folks were doing their usual coordination behind the scenes to decide who was going to make the chart, but everyone is AWOL it seems. I had to go through and manually figure out what I was missing this time. It feels like I'm a drug addict in withdrawal. I'm addicted to these RaCharts.

Just deleted the Steam Trading exchange links as I thought was the fastest and easiest solution, probably some bit.ly links would do the job though, but im too tired right know :b
And I don't really want to do a second thread on the same matter, although i would like OP to change the title like the other common bundles so its easier to find it (and on the future purposes)

Question is.. to make a thread with all of it in the OP, or just let people look at GodFeelings chart in the comments.. Hmm..

Man, the amount of people here sleeping on this bundle for "not being good enough" or "not being valuable" is insane to me. Maybe it's because I'm not a trader or a reseller, but 40 games including games that regularly sell for 20+, plus a bunch of books, is a fucking INSANE deal.

Incredible value in that bundle...

Popular recent ones, never bundled before, like
The Witness and Overgrowth, they alone add up to the price.

If you doubt me, please find me a comparable offer for both.

Let's see, what else...
Stardew Valley. Still popular, historical low is still around 10 bucks, not bundled (except HB monthly)
Subnautica. Good offer as well..
Day of the Tentacle Remastered. A truly great classic, and I think you won't find this one anywhere for cheap as well..
Nuclear Throne. Now we are in Rebundle land.. but this is a really good indie game!
Octodad: Dadliest Catch. Have not played it, but the reviews are really good.
Invisible, Inc.. Looks very interesting as well, afaik never bundled before, regular price ~ 20, and great ratings.
Super Meat Boy. Great platformer game, every one should at least try it.
World of Goo. One of my favorite Indie game of all times...
Mushroom 11. Don't know this one, but looks promising.
No Time to Explain Remastered. Bundle trash, except not really trash :P
Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. Bundled before, but looks interesting..
Super Hexagon. Okay now this can be considered as real filler..
VVVVVV. Filler as well..
Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition. Really great Jump 'n Run, I definitely recommend it.
The Swapper. Another good indie game.
ROCKETSROCKETSROCKETS. Dunno, something casual :P
Thirty Flights of Loving. No idea...
Spirits. No idea..
Human Resource Machine. Another good indie game that definitely deserves to be played at least once..
2064: Read Only Memories. Bundle trash, probably.. :P
A Virus Named TOM. No idea..
Mini Metro. Good puzzle game, well made..
Secrets of Rætikon. And yet another good indie game I'd cite as a positive example anytime...
Girls Like Robots. Uhm... no idea..
Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball. Really underrated multiplayer game, nice addition to any collection.

...
And some more games I don't know much about.

Plus, some e-books and stuff.
And even more games to come, oh boy.. exciting :D

Since all the titles are top notch this one is like my personal top list. Missing just a few so it's a no from me.

Thankfully there's a lot of time to decide if I'm willing to spend $30 on
The Witness
Subnautica
Octodad
Mushroom 11
Thirty Flights of Loving
Song of the Deep
and some of those ebooks I'm interested in.

The bundle itself sure looks great, I wish I didn't already own so many games, so it would seem more worthwhile to me.
On the other hand, all of it goes to charity, so that'll probably convince me in the end.

Read Only Memories has been bundled before under its old name, I think even twice, in an Indiegala Monday bundle.
7 Grand Steps: What Ancients Begat has also been in a HumbleBundle before, as well as Hot Tin Roof, although this one was in the highest tier of some HumbleBundle and thus might not count as bundled.

Source: I all got them from bundles.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yes, I fixed both Read Only and 7 Grand steps, but i was out of characters again so I had to delete more links :p Anyway done now :)
Hot Tin Roof Deluxe wasn't bundled as long as im aware, hot tin roof and jonas on fire were, but the "bundle" itself not, correct me if im wrong :)

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Hm, my HB library shows two keys, one for Hot Tin Roof, one for its soundtrack. I already owned Jones on Fire from a Groupees' bundle, so I can't really tell you if that was included as well, but as the standard edition does not include the soundtrack it seems to have been for at least some half Deluxe version ;)

Edit: the bundle's name was Humble Weekly Bundle: cats! Cats! CATS!! I even have that t-shirt x.x and according to the screenie it was the regular edition, but they still included the soundtrack, as Humble sometimes does.

In The Bundle site there's is "Deluxe" written under the name, so I assume it would be this package: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/59150/ "Hot Tin Roof Deluxe"

Like the guacamelee, says its the turbo edition :)

But I may be wrong, and they only offer hot tin roof + soundtrack or something

There's great stuff in it - great stuff I own, great stuff I don't own. And I guess, some of the ones I already own, I might be able to trade away well ...
Well, 30$, that's a little less than teaching one hour of statistics for me ... Hell, I love teaching statistics ... So I guess I gonna be in for it :-) though I haven't bought it, yet.

And I think it's a nice bunch of charity they support with this one, too.
And I guess, there won't be a new bundle tomorrow, so most likely I'm potentially saving money there this week.
