Well, yesterday I had an traffic accident. A woman-driver without any reason (and turn signals) turn right from left lane and hit my car. Especially this action strange because her car go in 1/2 hull up the front of my car and have to understand, what will happen. Fortunately I react in time and get small damages, but it was close. I often was an witness of women-drivers irrational actions and have my own opinion about them. (yep, not good opinion, call me sexist, I don't care) What do you think about such phenomenon, as woman-driver?

I feel like part of it is "look at that lady! hot or okay or nah?" and you take notice or remember them better than the boring guy, who cares about the dude?

From my experience, I've noticed very little difference between the sexes when it comes to driving. There's two things though...

  1. Young men are more likely to engage in risk-taking behaviour, and this doesn't mix well with driving obviously.
  2. In man-woman couples, it seems more common for the man to do more of the driving when together so this could cause an experience gap.

Perfect timing..
Just yesterday I got hit by a woman driver while on my motorcycle - luckily most damage was absorbed by protective gear..
Anyway, I don't think "female driver" are technically evil. If talking about "evil woman driver", I would focus on those aged ~18-25 since from personal experience I spot a lot of them on their phone, texting while driving... Of course there are also male drivers that do this, but I personally spot more female drivers that way.

When talking about friends I honestly would trust more of my female friends as drivers than male friends.

I don't think driving skill can be gender-focused. After 4years of regularly driving on the road I can only share my personal experience - which is, that in total, there are just as much idiots on the male side as there are on the female side.

Sadly I don't remember where I picked up the following comment, so I can't give proper credits (I am sorry D: ): Always ride (or drive) like you are a ghost. Expect to be not seen and take precaution.

Today I'm doing a 1000km car trip, I'm writing from the copilot seat.
Between my wife and me, the main differences are: I have higher average speed with less average fuel consumption, she is able to get to the destination only if she has a navigation system while I do it just with signals, I got very few overspeed fines but more than she even if she overspeeds every now and then too, when she's my copilot she criticizes my alleged faults but when we switch she doesn't recognize whether she commits the same faults (so I don't even mention them not to waste time), she was never involved in car accidents but I was twice (both times a female driver gave me from behind). Her point of view could differ from mine though.
That said, we both are safe and good drivers.
Our defects are not gender based, they simply are.
I add that while on the road I pay more attention to faults of some specific sets of drivers: luxury car drivers, suv drivers, truck drivers aaand female drivers.
So I'm somehow biased towards some categories' faults.

LOL. New day - same way. Today woman-driver tried to hit my car generally same way I described in topic, but from the right side. This time she do it when we go like this || ||. Even a blind could see, that it's impossible. She just switch on the left turning light and start to change the lane. And it's didn't matter for her, that this lane is not empty. Fortunately that time I was ready and there wasn't an accident.

Are you Islamophobic? Or you want to say, that Muslims are worse, than other denominations? You know, it's sounds like some sort of Nazism. Shame to you.
And one more - nope, in "Muslim" countries live not only Muslims. So, you are not only some sort of nazi, but you full of stereotypes. Shame to you.

No, u misunderstood. I don't talk about Islam or Muslims (It's nothing wrong with Islam as a religion, there is a lot of religions in the world if muslims act like the others) but stupid racism opinions about anything such as non-muslims or women or even animals are too old for 21st century. U should understand in a free world, there is no sacred thing or person and anything can be criticsized (Not Insulting).
And u are right about ""Muslim" countries live not only Muslims" but Muslims rule the society. Being human is the matter nothing more.

Ehem, so, how I have to understand "people in muslim countries usually say the same", if not like "in not muslim countries people say different"?

Ok, racism again :)
I think turkey has identity crisis right now. European modernism, Islamic culture and Pan-turkism, we have the same thing in Iran, Modernism, Islamic culture and Pan-Iranism but the different is, in my country, Islamism took the political power and in Turkey, modernism. My country has been ruined by Islamism from 40 years ago until now, when Islam takes the political power, It has potential to ruin everything. turks shouldn't let that happen again in their country.

I did think this discussion could bring up some nice statistic or debate on traffic security, But it did not.

Don't think it's place for topic that can be summed up with "In my personal opinion x (driving, skiing, taking care of kids) should not be done by y (women / men / elderly / asians) because I think so. Challenge me". That's why I will close this discussion. It's focusing only on throwing back and forth stereotypes.
