my question is : if I have game whitch is in the giveaway and i synchronize my account i wasn't see this game yes? And can i take points for this game? sorry for my english :D

If you already own a game, but your account hasn't been synchronized with it, so you still see it, you must not enter for it anyway. If you do you might end up suspended in case you actually win a game you already owned before. So better just to ahead and sync your account to prevent it from happening accidentally.
