Did you know that, in Italy, when we have to spell a long code out loud, we might use renowned Italian city names instead of letters? I.e. Ancona instead of A, Turin instead of T, Empoli instead of E, Milan instead of M, and so on.
It's a sort of unofficial phonetic alphabet we all learn here just by hearing it from others while growing up. Do you have anything similar in your country?

Anyway, I'm wandering off the main topic here.
Here's your puzzle:

It's been a tough day today. You're almost home and you can't wait to have some well-deserved rest. Oh, wait! What's that package beside the front door?
You recognize the sender's name on it. You don't have the time for his shit right now.
You reluctantly pick it up, close the door behind you and, well, you decide to open it anyway.

There's a globe inside. Nothing fancy. A geopolitical one, just like the ones you could gift to a kid for a birthday, with a power cord, a switch, and a bulb on the inside.
Furthermore you can see a postcard with some sort of code on it and a yellow sticky note attached to it.

You stare at it for a few seconds... So, what now? What are you supposed to do?

Reserved for hints (only if the number of solvers is low).

I guess it's a tad bit harder compared to the previous ones.
As always don't share hints, please.
Good luck!

Edit: the GA is lvl1+ and Russia is excluded.

So, since everyone is stuck, here are a few hints:

Part 1:
1 - I uploaded the picture on imgbb.com and not the usual imgur.com. That's because pictures on imgur lose their properties and details.
2 - You can get to 2 more pictures from the first one. The globe one is a dead-end.
3 - I didn't know Canon dished out a new camera model with that name.
4 - If you're planning to stick around the puzzle section of this forum in the future, dcode.fr is a great site to have bookmarked.

Part 2:
1 - 3rd word: you want to look for a Code, something consistent with the globe/geography theme. If all google does is offer you drugs, try asking wikipedia instead.
2 - If you're having a hard time finding a good converter, try to coordinate better and look nearby.
3 - If you find yourself in high waters, just look to the east.
4 - 2nd word: uppercase/lowercase is encoded in another way, this clue is not about case sensitivity.
5 - 1st word: think simple, you have 12 lines of code, they could have been 11, but not 13.

That's it. There's basically one hint for every step of the puzzle now. I hope I haven't made it too easy. Good luck ;)

do we need external app for this?

No apps. Just a basic decoder for the first part, googling skills and the right converter for the last part. But you can find those online.

Stumped as well. Followed a couple of leads and found some things that look like they could be worked with further but ran into walls eventually. At least it looks like no one else has been able to solve it yet.

Sounds really exciting (loved the postcard and idea) but im completely stuck. Found one angle i think could lead somewhere, but going further into it i didnt hit a wall, it was a whole building and it hit me at like 60mph.

Im still recovering from said building battery, still dizzy from it. Once i recover i may try again. But it looks like its way above my level (im pretty much a newbie in puzzles i think)

Lately there has been a good batch of very interesting puzzles. And I must say, the games are also good. But I have my brain like bubblegum, blowing up my cranium.
Once again I surrender, and hoping to remember to read the solution!

I don't understand the utility of one of the two pictures... is it a visual reference only?

Yeah, the easiest picture to find is meant to be a dead end.

I think every country has this kind of spelling alphabet, there is even a NATO one, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delte, Echo, Foxtrot and so on

In Poland we use (in casual way) names (A = Ania/Anna) or relationship status (for C we mostly use "ciocia" which means "aunt") or animals (Ż is "żaba" aka frog) or things (Ś is Światowid)

Not taking part in the puzzle cause I already have the game but have a bump! That's a great game to giveaway and I love it! I'm on the last chapter, and it is definitely the best game I've played this year so far, although there is one certain type of monster that makes me rage out of my mind ahahah
