Need information from people in Namibia [GA inside]

I'll be travelling from Angola to Namibia, more specifically Windhoek in 2-4 weeks for medical exams and I'm planing to buy a PS4 and Arkham Knight while I'm there. However at the moment there are severe limitation on the amount of money that can taken abroad so I need to plan carefully.

Can any users in Namibia tell how much a PS4 would cost? I tried checking online but Namibian stores suck at listing prices online.
