I can play every game with 50-100ms, and when i open Dota 2 (the only game i tested), it opens in Fullscreen, after that i got 200-300, i tried to search something about this issue, but i don't find any who works.
And i select my region Serv (South America to me)

I don't know why, but when i open a game in Fullscreen my ping become high.
This only happens with Fullscreen games, i don't know why. (I'm playing Dota 2 and got 200-300ms)
I don't want to play in a Windowed screen ):
Any solution?
