How long before the profile picture updates on here?

I've changed my Steam profile picture because there's someone impersonating me and scamming people.

I thought that by syncing my account the picture would be updated as well, but it was not. Now my profile picture don't match what my Steamtrades rep page shows, but the scammer's still does.

Anyone knows how long it takes before the Steamgifts/Steamtrades picture gets updated from the profile?
