Does anyone play RISK Factions?

I haven't played RISK in a while, and never tried RISK or RISK Factions on steam. I love risk board game, and RISK Factions has mostly positive reviews on steam. Does anyone own it and play constantly?

Don't own the game yet, but would buy it if someone who has it is willing to play once in a while.
