In my library he just say " men of war: assaul squad " how to look if he is the goty version ?

Right click the game in your library. Select "View Downloadable Content". You should see all DLCs listed there. If you have them all, then it's the GOTY version.

Check to see what DLCs you have. If you have none, then it's the regular edition. If you have all the DLC then it's the GOTY edition.

right click on the game in library >> properties >> DLC tab >> check dlcs

should contain all dlcs in this sub

check all the dlcs on this sub and see if you have a green banner on them in each steam store page of the DLC
