Games you can lose a lot of time in are the relaxing ones for me... games like Stardew Valley, Slime Rancher (also adorable and a antidepressant), I also find simple RPG games like RPGMaker ones or higher quality ones like Fire Emblem very relaxing for me.

Anything by Amanita Design (Samorost 1-3, Machinarium, Botanicula). The Longest Journey (I mean the original, not the Dreamfall sequels) has always felt really soothing to me. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter has some horror elements that are not actually scary, but it's mostly a relaxing walking simulator with extremely beautiful landscapes. The Talos Principle is actually quite therapeutic, to my mind.

Just in the mood, y'know?
I remember I used to play minecraft to relax as I could just zone out and chill building a house or something. Really helped take my mind of stuff.
That was a few years ago. I could probably re-download it and have a go again, and I have other things in my library to try, but thought I'd ask for any other suggestions here as well, out of interest.
Any one got any go-to relaxing games? :)
