Can I ask for a reroll if the winner won a game multiple times this month?

Can I ask for a reroll if the winner won a game (a different game than the one I was giving away) multiple times this month?

I don't see this option in the dropdown menu when requesting a new winner and I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere.
If I can ask for a reroll because of multiple wins, which option in the dropdown menu should I choose?

I'm sorry for possibly creating yet another useless thread but my anxiety is stopping me from doing anything that I don't know how to do or am not sure if I'm allowed to do it, and I don't want to give my games to someone who doesn't deserve them

Did Not Activate Previous Wins This Month

Because he did not activate his second copy, even if he wanted :3. Unless he already served his suspension, you'll be granted reroll without issues.

I did it like JustArchi said and it was approved. The guy in my case also made a giveaway out of the second win. Maybe you can check this too.

if the winner has at least one offense in the last month, you will get a reroll no matter if he was already suspended.

^^ This. You're granted a re-roll regardless of suspension within 30 days of an offense.

But why do you think they don't deserve your games? From what you're saying they didn't do anything wrong, they just were really lucky lately...

Oh, I just got what the issue is. At first I thought that "multiple games" meant a lot of different games, sorry. Yes, you can request a re-roll if you see that someone is a rulebreaker :P
