[Ubisoft Store] Free Game

has anyone actually gotten banned for this (just curious) as I've used VPN to get some free give away games from Uplay in the past.

It's a price bug after you add a game under 20 zł and go to your cart, the price of this game will be reduced to 0 zł.

Sometimes it happens. Not sure why. Just try to be as close as possible to ~21 zł and it should work. Or just try to pay any small amount, this should always work. With this "promotion" you basically can buy all games and dlc's under 20 zł for free.

No, you buy directly on Uplay, you not receive any keys.

If they need to validate the order, you won't get the game, probably. Which VPN did you use?

I've seen three other major price bugs on the Uplay store since I joined SG, so it's certainly a reoccuring thing. Uplay honored all the past glitches, but in this case games are going full-on free, so no telling if this'd be the exception or not. Nevermind that none of the other ones I'm aware of required VPN exploitation, so.. yeah, even though ":)" is the usual response, this one might warrant a bit more contemplation from potential buyers. Well, going off precedence, any account penalizations seem extremely unlikely- key revocations may be a concern, however, so those getting the VR steam keys may want to hold on to them for a bit before trying to put them to external use.

Actually, all the games I'm seeing in that price range are ones that were available in that price range during previous quirked sales (and, indeed, I already own all the desirable ones because of that) so, from that perspective, I can say that it's very likely that these games'll continue being part of glitched offers in the future, as well, for those wanting to wait for a less iffy (but likely involving some degree of payment) future glitch.
