Leveling up

Hey guys, i've been a member for over a year and now i have given 11 games which all have been marked as received and totaling to about 55 dollars in value and all of the games have been bought from the steam store. Why am i not leveling up? I remember when you used to level up to 2 after giving away over $30 worth of games, why am i not leveling up?

Bundle games receive 15% of the contributor value.
Also, giving away more than 5 copies of a single game will decrease subsequent contributor value of future copies.

Like i mentioned all of the games were bought from the steam store and none of the games were from bundles.

Games discounted 95% or more on the store still count as bundled ;)
At least Polarity and The Hat Man: Shadow Ward have been 96% discounted.
