Dragon's Dogma Arisen (Asia) steam key confusion

So in the new humble capcom bundle i receive 2 DDA keys, one is row and one is Asia locked. But after i activated the asia one on my account, the key is actually not indicating any region lock and showing that i activated https://steamdb.info/sub/197120/ this sub. Because i buy 2 bundles, i send another asia key to my friend(he live in US) he can activated it and receive the same sub. Does anyone can confirm that the key is row or not, because i'm afraid humble might be placing wrong key since i have 2 spare keys left, thank you
