The entire soundtrack Terry Taylor released for the Neverhood, Skullmonkeys & Boombots is hands down one of the best albums ever made.

Soul Reaver 1 has the most amazing soundtrack I ever heard. To this day I have 5 songs on my Winamp playlist.
Unreal 1 and Mirror's Edge were pretty nice too back in the days. It's actually all I can think of from hundred's of games I played.

For me, it's Crysis 2. There's something about the orchestral soundtrack that makes it feel epic, as if it's part of a movie.
