Conan throws a lot of countries up that it isn't available in, does it just mean they can't buy it or is it about activation as well? (EU account)

Whenever you see "NOT IN... from a EU / NA purchase, read it as "customers from these countries get some sort of region locked key" and not as "your key cannot be redeemed in these countries".
More specifically, for EU customers, Conan doesn't have any restrictions. The key can be redeemed everywhere.

I'm tired of the revocations, expirations, and unreplenished keys. I slid the publisher portion to zero and the HB portion to the minimum, which I will do for any bundles with expirations from now on. As a bonus it lessened my tax burden by 50 cents.
