hello guys,
yesterday i won a gift and i found out that i was emailed an expired key.
i tried to contact the creator of the topic and i found out that i was blacklisted.
can i do anything about this? apart from marking it as not recived?

Nope, just mark it not received after 7 days and move on.
You tried to contact the creator to get things sorted, so you've done all you can.

Add him on Steam and ask for new key or via email, if he decline give u new key, mark it as not-recieved after 1 week.
