Uncharted 4 has some old references but is pretty separate from the others so it's understandable enough without playing the first three.

Im the same, I played all Uncharted, all God of War, all Infamous, The Last of Us, so if they only bring the PS4 games thats fine to me, I wasnt going to buy a PS4 anyway.
