A Steam Store Listing should show up sometime next month or later depends though since no info has shown up since its announcement. I'm looking forward to playing it with my sweet new video card.

I thought modders always find a way? no? what about Dark Souls? hmmm it was more of a resolution fix than modding so I'm thinking maybe make Naruto shine more on PC.

Oh wow you got me with just one game compared to the many console ports the PC has.
Still waiting on my mods for BioShock 2, Borderlands, Dead Space, Resident Evil 4, Devil May Cry 3, and Darksiders just to name a few.

Not only that but why aren't PC exclusives games all moddable?

I do understand where you are coming from, but if you want to be vague.... all the games you said have mods... just not as extensive as you wish.

Also, most fighting games that have a PC version has been modded, Super Street Fighter 4 for example, from tex/costume mods to actual gameplay changes.

So I do hope and kinda expect this game to get costume mods, very high chance that it will happen.

Well, it isn't really a "very high chance". It depends a lot on the engine where the game was made, and how modifiable/known it is. I believe it's a engine made specifically for the game and there isn't any games on PC that use it neither it exists any SDK of it. I would not hope really many mods. Maybe some basic ones, but nothing major. I will be ok with playing this game in 1080p,60fps and a lot of AA.

not sure about this one, but the first, the second and Generations all had the option to use Japanese Audio, so I don't see why this one wouldn't have it.
