Battle for the Galaxy - Ice Bastion Pack (DLC) Giveaway bug?

Hello Everyone,

I have tried to giveaway Battle for the Galaxy - Ice Bastion Pack (DLC) 3 times but nobody was able to participate to it. Even some people commented they have the base game but still not able to join, receiving an error. Is this a bug? What should I do?

The game is "Profile Features Limited", so I guess Steam's API doesn't return that you own the game, so Steamgifts can't see that you own the game either.

Sadly nothing can be done about this, apart from convincing King GabeN to stop that ridiculous policy of bullying games he doesn't like :/

This explains everything. Simply this means we won't be able to giveaway this, and alike products. Thanks a lot for your time and explanation.

We are talking about a technical issue here, not about an off-site giveaway.
