There are under 10 people to answer tickets and thousands of people making them. Furthermore, they don't get paid to do this as a job, its volunteer work they do when they can spare the time. Be patient.

It took 3 weeks to get a reply to my ticket. I'm just waiting for another reply to their question. If it isn't important, just have some patience. As others said, there is only a few people working on tickets and so many tickets to answer.

If it's been less than a week, be patient. Any more, perhaps just give it a friendly bump to see if that helps bring it to someone's attention.

You gotta grease those palms. Steam Support is like any governing body. Reach out to bobo, Lorkhan or jade and slide them a little something. bobo likes animal crackers, Lorkham likes to be told he's beautiful, and jade ... well, you sound like a nice guy and jade's a little twisted, so focus on bobo or Lorkham.

I see, I was just curious cuz its the first time they take so long.... To tell you the story guys, someone won my last GA and I tried to contact him with no answers, so after a week I got a new winner, to my surprise the old winner used the key without my notice and now I received a negative feedback just because a person doesnt know how to use this website.
It's really unfair, I have always sent the keys but now I got a 93% because of that dumbass....

Ah, this is why you shouldn't reroll with keys, at least if you email them. Unfortunately, I think now that it has been rerolled, you are simply out of luck. Rerolling under those circumstances is at your own risk.
