i just won dota 2 and the guy that was giving it away has yet to send it to me (its been 3 days) and respond to my steam messages. He has been online every now and then and i usually catch him when he is on, but he never responds. i think i may have won a fake giveaway...

It just occurred to me, what if we hold a giveaway, and have emailed the user and attempted to reach them on steam, and they're simply not online ever and never get the prize? Or worse, claim it and never mark it? Or worse yet, claim it, mark it as not received?
Just asking because I always get nervous in the waiting period between the end of a giveaway I've held and the winner marking the prize as received.
Would that be something to report as "urgent" for support?
