Can't get the last one, not sure why. Does capitalization matter? I tried everything from the videos and the Cirno facts page that I could think of and nothing worked. Guess I didn't have enough Chirumiru.

I really wish there were a private message function on this site, because I've tried every "right in front of me" solution, and none of them work. I don't want to post my guesses here so that I won't ruin the puzzle for others, but I'm seriously stumped. Like I said, I put in everything I could think of from the Cirno facts and the videos.
