Hey I'm new creating steam gift giveaways. I have a gift in my inventory from Europe region, may i have to create the giveaway with the "none" region restriction?

I live in Turkey region.
If I have something which only activated in Turkey then steam gives a warning.
And says it can be only activated in Turkey region.

if you have a key/gift restricted to a region unlisted here, make a thread and invite people that can activate it.
no other way around it until it's added to giveaway options.
