Is there anyway of finding the owner of a steam key?

Got scammed 2 months ago, mostly forgot about it, but it poped into my mind today. (It was my fault, because i didn't do a good background check)
It was a fair trade so I didn't think about it being a scam. Haven't traded on discord since lo. But he used all my steam keys that I sent. So the question is, Is there a way to find his profile by checking who activated the steam key?
The guy is always changing his name on discord when i check, he goes by "dar" for now. Discord ID, 712930837427126375
