Nope, it's Bethesda. All their DLCs ar 50% off maximum. Bethesda punish whoever bought the base game and not GOTY directly, sadly.

It's always like this, Bethesda is unique with their DLC price policy, sometimes one DLC it costs more or same as whole GOTY, as we can see with Skyrim

Do you ever think that sometimes they do price glitches like that just for the positive exposure? I'd never even heard of the game until I heard that people were sad to miss the glitch, and something like that happens every Seasonal Steam Sale.

Worms Revolution Gold Edition is 85% off. Base game is 75% off. In some regions Gold Edition is cheaper, than base game
