As far as I know Steam's "Mature Content Filtering" does not provided in the API. We (or SG) can use community tags but that can lead to false positives or false negatives. So this userscript is the best we got right now I think.

That seems like more than most gifters would bother with but it would be helpful.
Same for VR.
