I rerolled according to the rules I had set.
As for ignoring your friend request, the reason is, people who get rerolled sometimes can't handle it and feel the need to add me and insult me. I wasn't feeling like getting insulted today so I ignored your friend request - as well as friend requests from 2 other users that were rerolled.
edit : This is embarassing. I appreciate that you wanted to set things clear. Unfortunately, you still failed to meet the requirements, and it would be unfair towards those who did meet them. I think this matter should be discussed in private, I have sent you a friend request. I have no objection at all discussing this publicly if you want, however.

Howdy.I recently won one of your giveaways on the Halloween event.You said you would only be back monday :)
I noticed however that I forgot to comment on your giveaway (not 100% sure your giveaway had that stipulation, the description just said "don't forget to comment") follwed by stating that you only back monday and a link to your blacklist.
Well I did forget. So I wanted to message you to apologise for forgetting to comment so I added you on steam.
Saw you come online now on Steamgifts and some of your winners have marked theirs as received. Thats when I noticed I was unable to try and re-add you as a friend on steam (I assume I'm blocked)
Could someone maybe just contact him and let him know I'm sorry for forgetting to comment. If it costs me the won game that's ok, I just wanna apologise for the inconvenience of having to go through the reroll.
