Wanting to get starbound but...

i only have 10€ , and there is at 8.99€ at g2a, but im pretty afraid that with the IVA and etc it will be more than 10... is there another option?

Did you give it a try? I mean, they can't really charge you more than you have, so you could try your luck before thinking up an alternative.
