I finally got it to work. It seems after getting the first group join to register with the site, the rest got easier and only took 2-3 trys.

Yep it work if you keep click continue, about 5 - 10 times..
But i have problem, I click continue in one group, about 30 times, never confirmed T.T
I don't know why.. Until i realize that i'm not on the group -_-
