I think Joseahfer means you should buy the first game (Stick of Truth) and then buy the Gold Edition of Fractured But Whole because it works out cheaper (see below first) than buying the Bundle + Season Pass ....
At least for their region ... in Australia it actually works out $1.36 cheaper for the bundle and Season Pass so it will probably depend on your currency/area.

Here in the EU it seems for me like this (in case you not own anything):
Bundle (8,09€) + Season pass for Fractured But Whole (2,99€) = 11,08€
Stick of Truth (2,99€) + Fractured But Whole Gold (9€) = 11,99€
So i think its worth buying the bundle THAN the Season Pass.in EU region.

My bad i made a mistake, season pass is 3.00 euro.
Being a completionist though i thought i would just get the season pass as DLC but i got all those other DLC too.showing up as owned luckily, just by buying that season pass alone.
Also lol at that towel DLC which is just a tutorial you have to pay for. :p

Can't buy Stick of Truth, not available in my region for some reason :(
I can still buy it from Uplay and my country never bans or forces censorship on video games so could it be Valve's decision?

Ubisoft decided not to sell the game on Middle East, Asia and a few other countries because the game has content that might be offensive to religious groups, and also for the Nazi jokes. They later on started selling on those countries but for some reason they still do not sell it in Israel, South Asia and Japan on Steam.
