Some of these may have punctuation in them..is there a format specifically required for answers? Such as dashes in the artist name or anything. And do featured artists count, or is it only the main person?

No punctuation in this puzzle. I mean, no dashes, no colons and so on. Just words. And no, featured artists do not count. Just the main artists/bands.

Does that mean that if I found "The-Best-Band-Ever" as a possible answer, do I write it as "The Best Band Ever" or "TheBestBandEver" or just ignore it?

Shitty puzzle imho. For the first question there are many groups who have this song (for example: The Hardkiss, Scars on Broadway, GameFace, Delain, Deathstars, Akcent, NiT GriT, David Gray, Skindred, System of a Down, DC Breaks, Congorock - I can continue). How the hell can we know what artist do you need?! You should accept all these answers!!
