Any good RPG's with magic that isn't TES? Preferrably First Person.

Look up Arx Fatalis. The magic system is a little different than what you would be used to, but its pretty fun, and only $5 at the base price.

This may be a stretch but the Bioshock games. Not technically "magic" but you get the first person feel while using powers. Also Bioshock 1 is classified as an RPG on steam

How about Amalur, which is like TES but more colorful and a bit less serious... also (IMHO) better combat.

Mass Effect series. Hey, RPG doesn't mean medieval, and I'd say those psionic effect things are pretty damn magical.

I've always been curious about the game based on The Wheel of Time, since playing the demo years back, but never did pick it up. Seemed to have some interesting magic in it though from the demo.

The Witcher series? Final Fantasy VII was also released on Steam in the summer if you're into that type of game.

Torchlight II is great, but I guess that's not the sort of game your looking for.

Risen 1&2, Gothic 1&2&3,

Plenty of great RPGs out there but most tend to be 3rd person. Just look through the steam site of rpg games to find the better ones, might find one you like that's not 1st person perspective.
