redeem on your account you won it at and don't regift
no giveaways for coupons, guest passes, or betas unless they are whitelisted
no ref-linking and beggin

2. You can create a giveaway to give away Steam gifts and game keys that are redeemable on Steam (nothing else)

3. The "P" are you points that you have and need to enter giveaways

4. You get points when other people create giveaways
