Trading is typically only done with games, marketable items, and paypal. If your chips are marketable, you can reference off the market price, but otherwise such items are typically not going to have any value whatsoever within Steam trading sites.

Rather, your best bet for trading in-game items for any game is to reference forums or groups related to that specific game and offer or request your desired tradeables there. Put another way, it's best to aim for whatever service or community caters to the more niche of the items involved in a trade.

there maybe other reddits but these 2 are the ones i use. if you want stuff for just 8 ball poll look on their forums or see if they have a reddit.
