Path of Exile - 1,754.4 hrs on record
Think I probably had about 1k-1.5k hrs played before it even hit Steam so quite a few hours invested into that game before I stopped playing it.
Next highest game would be Stardew Valley with about 500 hours on it.

I'm currently hooked on this latest season. If you don't mind me asking, why'd you stop playing? :)

A few different reasons I guess. Kind of hated always having to redo characters when they messed with skills or the skill tree. I enjoy building up a character but the effort just feels a bit wasted when they do something that breaks your build. Got bored of making new characters for different leagues and Standard kind of sucked. When I first started playing, only a bit of de-sync issues which didn't affect too much. As they kept adding more stuff to the game, especially heavy graphics for boss fights, my crap computer would just lag so bad so boss battles were annoying. Even disabling lots of the stuff and running with extremely minimal graphics didn't help too much and just made it look like crap anyway. Playing since open beta for so many hours (probably had at least 3k-4k hours into the game) just also got bored of playing after awhile too. Also, I'm a bit of a collector type so with so many different items always getting added, then legacy versions of bunches of items kind of got frustrating.
Anyway, it's a great game and lots of fun. Checked out a few of the new things added here and there so at least they are keeping things interesting. Thought about maybe checking it out again at some point since they've added the solo self found option, never really partied or did much trading when I played anyway so that might be interesting to try. Preferred grinding out or crafting all my stuff myself anyway.

4,905 hours of Elder Scrolls Online... yep, that's what addiction does to you :s I'm over it now.

CS:GO with 667 hours. Was 666 at one point, but it was ruined when a friend asked me to play with him and I didn't get into the game :D
Second's Payday 2 with 574h.
But if looking at a proper game and less of a live service, then Mount & Blade: Warband comes in third with 374 hours. With all of these games, around 10-20% is AFK time :D
