Buying games with SMS/Mobile Operator payment

Does someone know a place where I could buy some steam games/keys/skins using SMS as payment?
My company where I work gives 10 EUR monthly via SMS for everyone. I want to put it to good use.
I have checked plati.ru and some other Russian stores, but they only accept Russian operators.

Any ideas? Thanks :)

Maybe there is, xsolla supports mobile payment so you might want to look for stores that uses xsolla as a payment gateway!

Groupees uses xsolla, though I doubt you could find anything worthwhile there. (Also, I'm not sure if you could pay with SMS, at least, I don't see an option for that on check out screen)

Thanks, good candidate, but sadly they offer steam wallet starting from 10 euro without fees.
