It was surprising to see Amon Amarth in a power metal list, but a good choice regardless ;)
I listen to all of metal genres, actually I consider myself very open minded in music. Though Power Metal is not my cup of tea, there are stuff that I was listening when I was a teenager and I still like. Like Stratovarius (check the albums visions, destiny, infinite) Gamma Ray (land of the free) Helloween (Keeper of the Seven Keys part I&II) Rhapsody, Blind Guardian, Sonata Arctica.. I think some of these mentioned above. My personal favorite nowadays is Persuader, though they are pushing the limits of power metal a little bit.
I can also suggest you some other stuff that they are not power metal, but you may find interesting, give them a try.

I've not heard much outside of their album Mutter, if I'm honest, but I do like their stuff...what makes it weird though, is that I'm just not really into anything real heavy...the heaviest I'd usually go is early Metallica...but there's just something about Rammstein and the song in my original post up there ^
