Tell the giveaway maker that you were given a duplicate key.

That's the message you get when the game was already redeemed/used. If it's not in your account, then the game is in another account. Only the giveaway creator can see in his Indie Gala account who was the person on Steam who claimed it and when. He should know by now, so he can confirm if it was a mistake from his part or from the person who won it.

A few days ago i won another game here on steamgifts this time from indiegala.
After connecting with my steam account to activate the game, i received this message "it seems the serial number has already been redeemed by another account".
The user in question has 100% gw´s received, so i sent a message to indiegala and the GW creator concerning my problem but haven't received an answer from either of them.
Anyway, what do you guys think i should do? and is it possible that Indiegala might have given a duplicate key.
