How long does it take for SG support to check a ticket?

I had a trouble where indiegala sold me a bunch of duplicated keys, which i realized too late, when the giveaways were completed and the winners tried the keys.
I had opened the tiquets to request them to take down the giveaways however i received no answer yet, and i am worried because i don't want them anymore on my page (having these and my GA slots limited so badly is quite annoying >_<'' )

What is your previous experiences with the support here?

(also sorry for my bad English, i talk Spanish mostly)

The tickets I opened were normally replied to within about one or two days. And always competently and constructively.

Support will find a solution for your problem, I'm sure. :)

The tickets were open 2 days ago so hopefully they will answer sometime soon, i was getting a bit worried and i knew nowhere else to ask. thanks for your help :)

When it's about rerolls, it's usually taken care of in a matter of hours / few days.
If it's about more unusal things, it can take longer :)

I did contact with the winners! thankfully they were all very kind and comprehensive about all this problem ^^

Sadly i couldnt buy them the games myself, as it would be region locked, and my friend who usually helps me with this sort of things could not afford them at the moment.
I asked if it was ok with the winners and they all agreed to open a ticket to request the support to take down the giveaways ^^'
