You can also use a proxy add-on for your browser like HOLA Than you can access steam from an IP outside of Germany and see (and also add to wishlist) the according game page.
Your proposition isn't all that bad though. For I would like to add certain packages of a game to my Steamgifts wishlist (for example Skyrim Legendary Edition) but it's not possible. So it actually would be nice if we could add games/packages to the SG-wishlist.

Today I noticed that there were games on SG which were not on my wishlist even though I am sure they would be if they were on steam. So I found out that in my region (Germany) there are some games (like Dead Space 2) that are not available for purchase, but if somebody gifts you the game u can actually play them.
For Example: I have F.E.A.R in my library, which is also not available in my region and I can play it and everything, I only can't access the shopsite.
So my point now is that I would like to have the ability to add games on my wishlist in SG, so that I can see those non available games in my wishlist filter, instead of going through all giveaways to see if there is one of those.
Edit: If you can't see the Shopsite, you also can't click that "Add to wishlist-button".
