HD 7870 would be the best bang for the buck in that price range. What's your CPU? Or better yet, what's your current PCs model? And specifically, what PSU are you choosing?

Only issue I see you running into, is your case being too small to physically fit a longer GPU in it. Measure how long from left to right how long your GT 630 is, and how much more space you have before it hits a wall.

Ok the length of the GPU is 17cm (let and right) and the extra space is around 17-19cm

Take into account though when upgrading a PSU, you need to get a quality brand like Antec, XFX, Seasonic, etc.

so if you don't mind spending a few bucks more, get that one
