A one month long trip to Europe to explore a bit of the world. It could possibly be your only chance, so I would say pick it. Life comes a long way over gaming.

That's like asking if you like virtual sex or real sex. Go for the real life experience dude. Be sure to bring a camera or a decent phone cam to document your trip.

Oculus Rift is just a device that it will be there always for you, to wait for you to buy it now or later it doesnt matter , one day you will purchase it if you want it so much.
About the trip is one in a lifetime adventure , but it always depends of your age , mood and your friends.
if you have good friends that will go with you and have fun then a trip is a must.... but you never know a trip is like an adventure is either you enjoy it or regret it. I have been in many places and pretty much I have enjoyed most of the trips.
If you have a girlfriend dont hesitate to go for a trip , is 100% recommended!
I know people that didnt do a trip at the age of 25 and regret it , I know other that did some trips after they got married and enjoyed it most. So I guess if you have a good company is all that it matters :)

Save it or do the trip to Europe ;3 Occulus can wait, and the price will be probably lower in a few years ... There might be even better than the Occulus later so if you wait a bit before you get a VR device it might all be better in the end !

Interrail trip.
Prices for trips are kinda stable. I could even argue that you'll get slightly better prices right now "thanks" to the overall economic "situation".
On the other hand technology gets cheaper and cheaper, and better and better, so that your money will buy better stuff by buying later.

Neither. Just a new graphics card, VR isn't worth it ATM, it's cool for the first week but then you'd get bored with it and won't use it at all.
And I'm not much of a fun of sightseeing. Buy yourself a stay at an all inclusive resort near a beach.
