Really, it's not a bad deal at all unless you own a lot of games (because duplicates), and some of the games are outstanding.
We're just spoiled by bundles, so some of them seem bad.

If it was 'pick from these 3 games' I'd do it. Maybe even 2. But I'm not risking getting a $10 game that everyone has, even if it's as good as AER: Memories of Old. It's unfortunate, because I'd really like Hitman 2 or Dying Light. There's a couple others I'd definitely keep, but most would end up being traded/GA'd.

Fanatical's pick X bundles have been a mixed bag for me. I enjoyed one such bundle this winter, but their most recent one sucked for me.
It was pick 3 or 4 from some publisher (Aegis?) that was near $15 or $20 depending on your # of games, and some combinations like Civ 5 + DLC weren't close to or beat historic lows. During this bundle, they did a Star Deal (flash sale) setting a historic low for the latest Geometry Wars game IN the bundle, which screwed anyone who picked it in the bundle.

I've only done the pick 3 or 4 games once, on HB for Telltale before they went down. Really glad I did now. But I meant, instead of picking 1 mystery game, they pick 2 or 3 mystery games and you select the one you want. That way less chance of repeats/games you already own/don't want. Do you even know what the game you got is before you redeem the key in this one?

This time I can't confirm, I haven't bought into it, but I did buy last time, and the game name is only revealed after revealing the key on the Fanatical site.

This time, I just bought the Reaper bundle the other day, so I am no longer low on GA inventory, and I'm not into or have most of the newer drops.

i have csd1 because the reviews say it's better than csd2.. but overall, it's pretty enjoyable, but really screws up your brain if your hand eye coordination is bad (like me :D)
