To obtain your copy of the DLC please follow the steps below.
Launch Groove Coaster
From the "Main Menu" select "Shop & Settings"
Select "Shop"
On the "Shop" screen click the STEAM banner on the right

Or you can access it from the "DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT FOR THIS GAME" section of the Groove Coaster store page.
