That's not how it works, though. Whatever you gave away before it got bundled remains unbunded in your gifting history forever.
Exceptions are price glitches that happened and become known much later and games being added to the bundle list slower than the bundle's release due to it being only one person who does the job.

Retroactive bundling only occurs if the game was actually bundled before you gave it away (including being on sale for 95% off or more in any region), but it was only discovered later. Retroactive bundling does NOT apply if there was no bundling, no 95% sales, etc., and the game gets bundled at a later date.
What does happen retroactively is that if the retail price of a game drops on Steam, then that changes the cv calculation of the game because SG gets it's pricing data from the Steam API. So that can fluctuate as game prices go up or down.
I think people get those two things confused with each other.

Yes, as far as i know, If the game was received before being bundled (even free) i think won't lose Lvl/CV

Nice :) I was hoping it would be something I can skip. I bought the Bohemia Interactive 2 Bundle a while ago thinking I would maybe get into Day Z but that never happened.
The bundle looks pretty unappealing compared to the Humble Weekly - Bohemia Interactive 2 Bundle they had a while ago.

Yeah, I probably should have rather said Tier 1 and BTA are rather unappealing. Tier 3 seems to be a good deal but I don't have a strong enough machine to run it.

Yep I was missing Arma 2 and 3 so it was a no brainer for me (and yes, I upgraded my PC like a couple of months ago, so I am cool on that side but I totally understand not being able to run a game, as I had the same PC since 2011 :), and it wasn't top notch even back then)
