Greetings community,
It's my birthday and it's close to the one year anniversary of SteamGifts, which was the beginning of this month. It's been a hell of a year around these parts and I've watched this community grow almost exponentially over the last year. I'm proud to have been a moderator and the work I've done around these parts. As many of you are aware, Support exploded over the last couple of weeks and it became very time consuming on my end. However, we now have more help (as many of you know :)!
Yatterman, thejadefalcon, Raiden, and Hollow Ichigo were upgraded to Support and have been doing an amazing job with tickets. It's really nice not to only see a long wall of blue avatars on each page of Support! I wanted to thank them officially for their hard work and everyone else for their patience while I was drowning in a sea of tickets. In another week, Support should be back to normal and there won't be such a very intimidating backlog of tickets.
Here's to another year, SteamGifts.
