1) Check his profile to see if he activated all his wins (which he probably didn't).
2) Note what wins he didn't activate.
3) Report him and include your findings.
4) Submit a re-roll request on the giveaway, and in the request mention you just reported the current winner.

Taking a look at his SG profile he's won twice for more than one game, and not long afterwards posts a giveaway of his own for one copy of each.
How would I go about reporting this guy for someone to take a look at to ascertain he's doing what I think he is, and should I continue holding off on giving him his game in case I'm entering re-roll territory?
